Hospital Services

Dr. Kleiner can provide nearly all routine veterinary services in the comfort of your home. However, there may be some procedures that require arrangements at a local veterinary hospital.

Surgical Procedures

Gray cat

At some point, surgery may be required to support the health of your pet. In these situations, you can rely on Dr. Kleiner to keep your pet as safe and comfortable as possible. Her services include the following soft tissue surgeries (procedures that do not involve bones and joints):

  • Wound repair
  • Cystotomies
    Bladder surgery to remove stones.
  • Spay
This involves removing the ovaries and uterus to prevent reproduction. Spaying is recommended for all females between 6-7 months of age.
  • Neuter
This surgery removes the testicles to prevent reproduction. Neutering is recommended for all male pets between 6-7 months of age.
  • Growth removals
This is a type of soft tissue surgery that involves the removal of growths for medical or cosmetic reasons.

Dr. Kleiner also provides thorough follow-up post-surgery and helps you develop a plan to care for your pet once he or she returns home.

Dental Procedures

Regular dental care is essential to keeping your pet healthy. Dr. Kleiner provides the following services to support the oral health of your cat or dog:

  • Comprehensive oral exams
  • Dental cleanings
  • Extractions
  • Oral mass removals
  • Dental radiographs

If your pet requires any of these procedures, Dr. Kleiner will make arrangements to perform these services at a local hospital.
